What is EthicsPoint?

In the event that team members do not feel comfortable expressing their point of view or sharing feedback or concerns with their manager or supervisor, you can do so anonymously through EthicsPoint.

What happens after I contact EthicsPoint?

Once you submit a report online or over the phone, you will receive a report key and create a password which can be used to follow up on your submission. Then, an electronic summary is sent to #1 Cochran’s Executive Management Team for review and to determine further action.

Is EthicsPoint secure and confidential?

Yes. #1 Cochran uses NAVEX Global's EthicsPoint incident management application to support the administration of EthicsPoint. EthicsPoint is hosted on NAVEX Global's secure servers and is not part of #1 Cochran’s website or Intranet. Any report you make will be kept confidential to the fullest extent possible consistent with law and good business practices.

Who administers EthicsPoint?

EthicsPoint is administered by an independent company (NAVEX Global), is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can contact EthicsPoint anonymously by phone or through the web from most locations.

What is #1 Cochran’s stance on retaliation?

#1 Cochran does not tolerate retaliation. We consider acts of retaliation to be misconduct. In addition, #1 Cochran will not terminate, demote, suspend, threaten, harass or in any manner discriminate or take retaliatory action against any team member based upon the lawful actions of such team member with respect to good faith reporting of complaints or concerns.
